ARTIST RELEASE WORKFLOW
The Artist workspace follows the current upload, metadata, rights, and Auto QC flow. Publishing depends on eligibility and existing permissions.
Create a release draft in the Artist workflow.
Enter release metadata and attach the artwork supported by the workspace.
Add audio and arrange the release track list.
Complete rights declarations and review Auto QC results.
Continue through the available review and publishing states; exceptions may require Management review.
If no artist profile is linked, the dashboard shows a setup state instead of fabricated metrics.
ACCOUNT AND ACCESS
Access is linked to an authorized Artist profile. Creating an ordinary account does not create Artist ownership.
Management access must be verified or linked to the relevant Artist profile and stays within its granted scope.
Partner access is a separate reviewed path. Approval creates organization membership only; it does not automatically link Artists or grant unrestricted publishing.
TWO DISTINCT ACCESS PATHS
Use the Artist Portal for linked profile data, catalog, release and rights workflows, plus analytics or statements available within that Artist scope.
Organizations apply separately. Any Artist or release actions depend on reviewed links and individually granted scopes.

No. An account is for sign-in. Artist Portal access requires an authorized Artist profile to be linked or verified.
Sign in and contact Muzi Trend support with information that can help verify your relationship to the Artist.
An approved application creates a Partner organization and owner membership. Additional access remains scope-controlled.
No. Partner approval does not grant blanket Artist access or unrestricted publishing. Actions depend on linked Artists and granted scopes.
Review the reported item and update the release where possible. Exceptions or conflicts may need Management review.
Contact the support team for account and access questions; organizations can use the Partner application path for review.
